The client wanted a consolidated service and license model to ensure cost efficiency to be secured in combination with alignment with Business and IT stakeholders on technology roadmaps.
Opticos was asked to lead the work to set the strategy for the consolidated services and license model by defining the sourcing and cost efficiency frames. The work was conducted in close collaboration with the different business stakeholders, on SME to executive level, as well as IT Management. Opticos created the framework for sourcing and business case requirements.
